Successful people often have the time and resources to find habits and hacks that hotwire their route to success. They talk about some of these in interviews, podcasts, or profiles. Habit Hackers tracks down all of this material and then mines them for the gold. Everything we find is then condensed into accessible nuggets that we can then copy and try for ourselves. [That doesn’t mean you SHOULD copy them. We always recommend speaking to a medical practicioner before making any changes to your diet or exercise regimen.]
If you’re interested in the habits of someone not featured on Habit Hackers, by all means get in touch and recommend someone. It may be because there is not enough verified information on their personal habits in the public domain, but we’ll dig into it and let you know either way.
We never guess! You only get the habits and hacks from the horse’s mouth. We never use material from a third party. So, if it’s on our website, it was said by that person. Where we can, we link to the interview, podcast or video where they originally revealed their habits. That way, you know they’re genuine.
Every week, we send out a newsletter that features the latest habits and hacks we’ve sourced that week. There’s no filler – if we don’t find it interesting, we don’t include it. As well as habits, we may include a really inspirational quote we came across, or a brilliant article we used to source some of those new habits.
